Propresenter 7 Seat License
Description
Propresenter is now cross-platform. Start using it on both MAC & WINDOWS - You no longer have to choose!
Live-Stream Capabilities Included! Integrate live video, media, announcements, and more into your next online service with ProPresenter 7
Built with churches in mind, ProPresenter is a lyric and media presentation package designed to help make powerful worship productions easy on your mac.
Taking full advantage of the latest technologies, ProPresenter allows an operator to control a presentation on one screen, while dynamically affecting the visuals and lyrics experienced by an audience on one or more screens. Used by ministries all over the world for years, we have taken our valued users' feedback to create ProPresenter version 7. Boasting over 100 new features, it is our most expansive upgrade to date.
All versions of ProPresenter include the built in Media Store Powered by WorshipHouse! This allows you to buy and download motions and other media directly in the application without leaving!
The Seat License allows you to register ProPresenter on one computer of either platform (Mac and Windows). You can still use the free version on as many other computers as you would like, but only one computer can be registered.
System Requirements
ProPresenter will run on any machine that meets the specifications required to run the operating systems we support.
MacOS: 10.14.6 or newer
Windows 10: Version 1903 (build 18362) or newer
Key/Fill: This functionality requires a compatible Blackmagic UltraStudio or Decklink card.
The major factors that affect the performance of your particular production are the number of total pixels that are being output by the machine (meaning the number of screens you are outputting to, both as audience or stage displays), the resolution of both the source content and the output resolution of that content, and the video compression used.
Recommendations
GPU: If you are outputting to more than 4 HD screens, you should have a dedicated (meaning, not integrated) GPU. Video compression: H264 or H265 (HEVC) at 30mbps or less for HD, 50mbps for 4K; For videos with Alpha channels, ProRes 4444 is recommended.
Sample Configurations
Here are some recommendations for typical outputs As always, you can download the software at no charge to test performance on any computer.
HD (720p or 1080i); 1 Output (with or without Alpha Key), 1 HD Stage Display
MacOS: Any Mac made since 2015 should be able to accomplish this without issue (Intel core i3 processor, 8GB of RAM)
Windows 10: Intel i3 processor (or equivalent AMD processor) or better 4K Graphics Outputs:
MacOS: iMac or MacBook Pro with an i7 or i9 processor, 16 GB of RAM, and a dedicated GPU
Windows 10: Intel i7 or i9 processor (or equivalent AMD processor) or better; 16 GB of RAM, a dedicated GPU with 8GB of VRAM

What is a web license?
We've added a Web License upgrade on select products to give you more freedom in how you share the video with your congregation, and this video qualifies. The web license includes our standard license (public performance in a single setting), as well as a couple of additional features:
The Web License allows you to:
- Post the video on your website (using a native player)
- Include the video in a live stream of your service online
- Include the video in a recording of your service online
The Web License DOES NOT allow you to:
- Upload the video to youtube or other video sharing sites UNLESS posted in the context of a service
- Broadcast the video on television or any other medium
* While this license makes the content available for you to use in these ways, we cannot guarantee that social sharing sites like Facebook and YouTube will not flag or block this content unintentionally. We encourage testing to ensure these possible issues don't arise as you stream or share your service online.
** Streaming Worship Tracks requires a CCLI Streaming License
