ProPresenter is the lyric and media presentation software trusted by churches around the world. The Standard Subscription gives you one full year of ProPresenter on one computer (one seat), with every new release included for as long as your subscription is active.

What ProPresenter does
Run lyrics, scripture, announcements, videos and motion backgrounds from one screen while your congregation, stage display and livestream each see exactly what they need. Built-in livestream tools let you bring live video, media and graphics into your online services.
ProPresenter also includes the built-in Media Store, powered by WorshipHouse Media, so your team can find and download countdowns, motion backgrounds and worship loops without leaving the app.
System requirements
- Mac: macOS 13.5 (Ventura) or newer, macOS 15 or later recommended. Apple Silicon (M1 or later) recommended.
- Windows: Windows 10 version 1903 (build 18362) or newer, Windows 11 recommended. Intel i5 or equivalent AMD processor for HD output; i7 or i9 with 16 GB of RAM and a dedicated 8 GB graphics card for 4K output.
- If you output to more than four HD screens on Windows, a dedicated graphics card is recommended.
- An internet connection is needed to install, activate, verify your subscription and get updates, but not to run a service.

What is a web license?
We've added a Web License upgrade on select products to give you more freedom in how you share the video with your congregation, and this video qualifies. The web license includes our standard license (public performance in a single setting), as well as a couple of additional features:
The Web License allows you to:
- Post the video on your website (using a native player)
- Include the video in a live stream of your service online
- Include the video in a recording of your service online
The Web License DOES NOT allow you to:
- Upload the video to youtube or other video sharing sites UNLESS posted in the context of a service
- Broadcast the video on television or any other medium
* While this license makes the content available for you to use in these ways, we cannot guarantee that social sharing sites like Facebook and YouTube will not flag or block this content unintentionally. We encourage testing to ensure these possible issues don't arise as you stream or share your service online.

What format is best for me?
MPG - Best for broad compatibility and legacy systems. Works well on older Windows PCs, DVD players, and a wide range of media software. Slightly larger file size than MP4, but reliable and easy to play almost anywhere.
MOV – Best for Mac users or those using presentation software that prefer QuickTime files. Offers excellent quality and smooth playback on Apple devices.
MP4 – Best for most users. Works across Windows, Mac, and most presentation software. Delivers high-quality video with a smaller file size.
