It is a short depiction of the life of Dietrich Bonhoeffer, a pastor and theologian during World War II. Bonhoeffer, who could have lived in America throughout the difficult war chose to return to take a stand against Nazi Germany and the enemy attacking the church of Jesus Christ within Germany’s borders. “Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong” 1 Corinthians 16:13.

What is a web license?

We've added a Web License upgrade on select products to give you more freedom in how you share the video with your congregation, and this video qualifies. The web license includes our standard license (public performance in a single setting), as well as a couple of additional features:

The Web License DOES NOT allow you to:

  • Upload the video to youtube or other video sharing sites UNLESS posted in the context of a service

What format is best for me?

MPG - Best for broad compatibility and legacy systems. Works well on older Windows PCs, DVD players, and a wide range of media software. Slightly larger file size than MP4, but reliable and easy to play almost anywhere.

MOV – Best for Mac users or those using presentation software that prefer QuickTime files. Offers excellent quality and smooth playback on Apple devices.

MP4 – Best for most users. Works across Windows, Mac, and most presentation software. Delivers high-quality video with a smaller file size.

  • Keynote: MOV
  • ProPresenter: MP4 or MOV
