The Call Of Christmas
Description
The series includes four video vignettes of Biblical characters who heard 'The Call of Christmas'. The vignette stories are as follows:
Zechariah
A time of worship in the temple turns to a life-altering event for Zechariah. Watch what happens when the angel, Gabriel, pays him a visit and he’s called to prepare. It’s the beginning of a story that changes the lives of every person who hears it. (4:19)
Mary
When Mary was visited by the angel she found herself in God’s favor and overcome with so many emotions. As she is called to provide, see how Mary responds to the words of the angel—words that changed everything. (3:28)
Joseph
Who would’ve thought that a dream could be reality? Joseph discovers the role he will play in the story of Emmanuel when an angel visits him in a dream with a call to protect. The Messiah is coming and Joseph gets to be part of this story—a story that is now a part of us. (4:04)
Shepherds
Nobody would expect lowly shepherds to be some of the first to hear about the birth of the Messiah. But God’s angel comes to these men with good news, calling them to praise. They’re invited to be part of the story, reminding us that God calls us all to Himself. (3:28)
Anthem
In this video for Christmas morning we are reminded of the stories of Zechariah, Mary, Joseph, and the shepherds before we are introduced to the Christ child who would change the world forever. We’re reminded that we are each given a call to prepare, a call to provide, a call to protect, and a call to praise. (2:24)
Also included in the download are 1 Countdown, 6 background motions, 6 still backgrounds, corresponding sermon outlines, promotional media, and more! The Call of Christmas provides a complete resource packet for a worshipful series.
