nicely done but way over priced to not include flexx tracks and we don't have a sound board as a start up church to mute the click on the Split Trax part.

I should have read more closely that the split track also contains the click version. It is useless to us and we cannot use this in our service as we need a true split track with out the click.

Watching the preview, I am struck by how the words appear on the screen just after they are sung. I am confused by how many worship videos follow this trend of giving the congregation the words to be sung after they should already be singing them or too shortly before the line or word is sung. It makes it very difficult to introduce new songs to a congregation. I appreciate your efforts at helping others worship Him but maybe we could sing the words together.

Mike We appreciate constructive criticism. All of our work is created to bring Glory to God. We’re sorry to hear that you are so disappointed with this video. You may feel this video is “useless” but nothing created to honor God is useless. You can use the split by muting the click channel at the soundboard and running the instrumental in left/right. I’m sure WHM will be willing to refund you. We pray that you have a great service this weekend, that God is glorified and people are touched!

First of all, I am so thankful for these videos. As a new church start, I don't know what we would have done without them. With that being said, there are many songs on here that we cannot do because the key is too high, (also, some have a ten minute guitar solo...which doesn't go over real well when your music is canned). I'm suggesting that if they took the key into consideration, then perhaps they would sell more videos and then they could, in turn, produce more videos. It's a win-win. Thanks
