Description: Do we treat God like the ultimate rule maker or grace giver? We live in a world of rules and regulations. If you make a mistake, you pay the price. But God gives us grace when we don’t deserve it. Help your congregation understand God’s unconditional love and grace.

Christ is my rules maker and Grace giver. He's both not just one of them. Unfortunately you only hear one message in most churches in America today. Maybe that's why so many fail today. Jesus said: "Neither do I condemn you; go, and from now on [John 5:14] sin no more."]] Adrianna Jacobs New York

Personally, I was bothered by the non-centering of the subject. The person who commented that HOA's are not common in their area. We signed an agreement when we bought our house, but have never seen anything of them. So yes, the video is somewhat limited in audience.

Great message. I do agree with the comment that refers to the scripture that we shall not go on sinning so that grace may increase! However i do not think that is what this video is saying. I think GRACE and not RULES is where alot of culture need to hear from the church. Godi s a grace giver and a rule giver too, huh. Great video. We will use it! But teens don't have a HOA so it does alienate youth ministry.

Nicely done, but the whole concept of an HOA really limits the audience for this video. Those kinds of communities aren't the norm in our area. I wish Jitterbug had used something more universal that everyone could easily relate to.

God definitely is a grace-giver! Having said that, His Word is also full of "violation letters". It isn't OK to mess up & His Word makes that clear. He has strict standards. Grace doesn't mean "no violation letters", altho' that seems to be a popular concept. It means Christ paid the fine...and it's really not OK for us to keep on violating His rules because the fine is paid by Someone else. Romans 6:1-2
