Description: If Jesus did not rise, our faith is worthless. But he did rise! Built on 1 Corinthians 15 and Romans 6, this moving video is meant to help believers identify more closely with Jesus in his march toward death, somber burial and the source of all peace - his resurrection. "For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we shall certainly be united with him in a resurrection like his." (Rom. 6:5)

The song is "Joy" from the album Hymns by Page CXVI. It is available at pagecxvi.com or on iTunes.

WOW! Amazingly powerful! I had a big lump in my throat and cheered for the guy at the end. Indeed... HE HAS RISEN! Wonderful work Shift Worship. Love it!

Oh, now I see that the song was performed by 'Page CXVI'. I should've read the entire video description!

Amazing video! We showed it Easter morning just before a baptism and when the fellow threw up his arms rejoicing the church burst into applause. The following week I showed it on a Tres Dias men's weekend, and the men were deeply touched by it. But who is that singing? I love that song! Please, someone let me know who was singing!

Brilliant! And the above comment really sticks in my craw. Why is it that so many Christians leaders wan thier art to be "on the nose"... no room for tension or interpretation or suspense or evern for unanswered questions. Has Erin read the parables? Jesus left his listeners with lots of unresloved emotions and ideas to chew on. More videos like these... less didactic bumper sticker clitches.

I loved this video and I think the visuals and the slower pacing at the beginning helped to create an amazing ending full of Joy. Probably the most unique Easter Video I've seen.
