I'm a little concerned that the emphasis is on us to prepare ourselves to worship without encouraging us to let go and let God, just breathe, relax, and let God's Spirit free us to worship. We're already worthy to worship, even if we don't feel it at the moment. It's alright to not feel ready. I've gone to worship with a chip on my shoulder, and sometimes that's when the Spirit surprises me, shakes me, and fills me with grace.
