I thought it was poignant and thought provoking. Though we'll probably have our drama team perform it live with the script from their website. I recommend that to those with complaints about theological minutia. (a drama ought to be the start of a conversation, not the end of one.)

I don't know why, if everything else these two are doing and saying is dead wrong, why you'd assume that the producers of this video are trying to promote the whole Jesus went to Hell for you doctrine as correct. I'd see your point if Jesus said, "I didn't just die for you, but I went to Hell too...." All in all I thought it was a great thought provoker and the folks it's aimed at probably think a lot weirder stuff than this one "sticking point" presents.

The Trinity isn't mentioned explicitly in Scripture, do you believe in the Trinity? Lighten up, it was said in passing, Jesus didn't answer them to make any sort of doctrinal statement. People look to comments to find the effectiveness of the video, not for your take on its theology.

Our theology must come from Scripture, not the Apostles' Creed. The Jesus going to hell part was added to the Creed long after it had first begun to be used. That kills the video for a lot of us.
